The Gotham City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ingmar Aleberg should have stopped the shot. Attilio Lio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. When Fermin Elia came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Gotham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Elia couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Eugeniusz Nalaskowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Aleberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ingmar Aleberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JayJay Okocha FC. Ingmar Aleberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Nalaskowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Fırat Eraltay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Gotham City getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fabian Ekeroth hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, one of Gotham City:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gotham City. The referee gave JayJay Okocha FC a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Attilio Lio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gotham City's Ingmar Aleberg. 0-3. In the 43rdth minute of the game Eugeniusz Nalaskowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gotham City's Ingmar Aleberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Gotham City's Alfons Larsfelt ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oskar Vallman. Oskar Vallman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Pelayo to make the kick off. If Alfons Larsfelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingmar Aleberg made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Eugeniusz Nalaskowski sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Nalaskowski in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingmar Aleberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oskar Vallman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Pelayo in the 58th minute of the match. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ingmar Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ingmar Aleberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eskil Sundström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 66 minute of play. Bengt Carlberg hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ingmar Aleberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Eskil Sundström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ingmar Aleberg. That made the score 2-7 in the 82 minute of play. When Attilio Lio fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JayJay Okocha FC's protests and gave Attilio Lio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, JayJay Okocha FC's Attilio Lio got a free kick in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Gotham City's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Nalaskowski came free, but Ingmar Aleberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Ingmar Aleberg throw himself and got hold of the ball when Eugeniusz Nalaskowski in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With his leg Ingmar Aleberg managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when JayJay Okocha FC's Eugeniusz Nalaskowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fırat Eraltay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Ingmar Aleberg made a huge save. The Gotham City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. JayJay Okocha FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
