With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludvig Strand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eskil Sundström took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludvig Strand. Ludvig Strand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Nalaskowski got free with Ludvig Strand in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ludvig Strand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eskil Sundström in the 14th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Eugeniusz Nalaskowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JayJay Okocha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Nalaskowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski had several of the Katrineholm IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Ludvig Strand as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ludvig Strand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugeniusz Nalaskowski's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Håkan Springfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joacim Fransson hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Fırat Eraltay might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ludvig Strand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fırat Eraltay ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Eugeniusz Nalaskowski put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ludvig Strand. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, JayJay Okocha FC's Attilio Lio got a free kick in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, JayJay Okocha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Åström came free, but Oskar Vallman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugeniusz Nalaskowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludvig Strand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. If Eskil Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Håkan Springfält shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskar Vallman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugeniusz Nalaskowski to make the kick off. Dan Åström hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Eugeniusz Nalaskowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ludvig Strand was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. JayJay Okocha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugeniusz Nalaskowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludvig Strand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Eskil Sundström made a precise shot to the right of Ludvig Strand. Katrineholm IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Muzafir Canales hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. A collision led to JayJay Okocha FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Olle Vikström hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Nalaskowski in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After 92 played minutes, JayJay Okocha FC's Arne Nordin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ludvig Strand came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JayJay Okocha FC reached it. Mathias Hedlund charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Hedlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Katrineholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Hedlund. JayJay Okocha FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
