Karl-Erik Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliver Ahlkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Erik Svensson in the 14th minute of the match. Lansjärv's Manfred Thedin got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Manfred Thedin sped through Leeds AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anton Hökqvist. 32 minutes into the match, Leeds AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Thedin came free, but Anton Hökqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
