Bertil Näfver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Axel Sigfridsson made a huge save. Bertil Näfver's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Axel Sigfridsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Epecon IF's Axel Sigfridsson got control of the ball when Jens-Ola Askstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Jens-Ola Askstedt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Freddie Finnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Eric Pihlberg came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Epecon IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Pihlberg couldn't finish the play. Axel Sigfridsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertil Näfver in the 24th minute. A collision led to Epecon IF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bertil Näfver who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Axel Sigfridsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edgar Lindblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Pihlberg in the 31st minute of the match. Axel Sigfridsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Askstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Jens-Ola Askstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Axel Sigfridsson. That made the score 1-0 in the 41 minute of play. Axel Sigfridsson made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bertil Näfver sent off a good shot on target. After 46 played minutes Epecon IF got a freekick which was hit by Michael Jönsson. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eric Pihlberg to make the kick off. Axel Sigfridsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Näfver, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Freddie Finnman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freddie Finnman's late challenge caught a Änglarna FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddie Finnman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Epecon IF's Freddie Finnman got a free kick in the 59th minute. Eric Pihlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Bertil Näfver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Axel Sigfridsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Änglarna FF's Edgar Lindblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Pihlberg in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esbjörn Ahlbeck in the 81st minute of play forced Epecon IF's goalkeeper Axel Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epecon IF's Axel Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Ahlbeck in the 84th minute of play. Änglarna FF's Edgar Lindblom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Änglarna FF from getting a goal against them. Axel Sigfridsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertil Näfver went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Änglarna FF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
