Jens Nordström was slow to take the kick. During this time Braås RK's players had a chance to rest. After the first half Braås RK were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonatan Böcklund to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gamla Köpstad FC's Mattias Clementsson got a free kick in the 55th minute. A hard shot by Wiktor Samuelsson from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Henric Lundström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Böcklund in the 58th minute of play forced Braås RK's goalkeeper Fevzi Çiftçioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
