Spectators: 7364 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 10) Börge Olsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Östen Bergfelt came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Internazionale's Alf Stigsson. But to his dismay, Alf Stigsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börge Olsson in the 7th minute of play forced KstadHc's goalkeeper Östen Bergfelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Internazionale getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Börge Olsson hit a great ball. Östen Bergfelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Olsson in the 12th minute of play. After some careless play in the KstadHc defense, Alf Stigsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Östen Bergfelt. The KstadHc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Östen Bergfelt should have stopped the shot. After having played for 18 minutes, Joel Brogren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Internazionale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Brogren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Östen Bergfelt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börge Olsson in the 20th minute of the match. Östen Bergfelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börge Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Stigsson in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Östen Bergfelt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the game, Nils-Erik Ekgren threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Internazionale's Karl Skager quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Börge Olsson in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Östen Bergfelt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Östen Bergfelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Arne Lidberg in the 28th minute of play. Börge Olsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Ove Söderman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomir Czysta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KstadHc's goalkeeper Östen Bergfelt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harald Björkman kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. FC Internazionale's attentive Karl Skager managed to snatch the ball when Nils-Erik Ekgren made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. KstadHc's Östen Bergfelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Brogren in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börge Olsson in the 43rd minute of play forced KstadHc's goalkeeper Östen Bergfelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes FC Internazionale got a freekick which was hit by Karl Skager. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Folke Nyström in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludomir Czysta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When FC Internazionale's Alf Stigsson in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KstadHc's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Folke Nyström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Internazionale booed when KstadHc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Beckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Börge Olsson struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Östen Bergfelt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Internazionale. In the 71st minute Börge Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Bergfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Harald Björkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Folke Nyström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludomir Czysta. FC Internazionale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Folke Nyström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 78 minutes into the match, FC Internazionale's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Beckman came free, but Ludomir Czysta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Börge Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, FC Internazionale's Harald Björkman got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Östen Bergfelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börge Olsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Östen Bergfelt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Arne Lidberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Per-Arne Lidberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Internazionale's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Arne Lidberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Östen Bergfelt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Östen Bergfelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Olsson in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over FC Internazionale could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KstadHc throughout the match.
