The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Kalfhage in the 3rd minute of play forced Dolan FC's goalkeeper Sakarias Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Herbert Botvidsson in the 5th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bygdeå's Evert Engström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Bohlin in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sakarias Åkesson saved Dolan FC from getting behind. Gilbert Kalfhage hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Sakarias Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Bohlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Gilbert Kalfhage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sakarias Åkesson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Dolan FC's Sakarias Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Bohlin in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Bohlin in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sakarias Åkesson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ian Kilberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Sandalio in the 25th minute. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Thor Winström took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Ian Kilberg to make any attempt to save it. Dolan FC's Sakarias Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Kalfhage in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, Bygdeå's Gilbert Kalfhage made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sakarias Åkesson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the game, Ove Lundgren threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bygdeå's Sture Beckeman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 39 minutes into the game, Bygdeå's Andreas Bohlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sakarias Åkesson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Andreas Bohlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sakarias Åkesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abd al-Aziz Touhami during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Dolan FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Abd al-Aziz Touhami hit a great ball. 45 minutes in the game Sture Beckeman did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Andreas Bohlin. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Sandalio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andreas Bohlin took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sakarias Åkesson. Sakarias Åkesson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6. After a defensive mix-up in Dolan FC's zone, Anton Nordstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakarias Åkesson came out of the goal and Anton Nordstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gilbert Kalfhage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Andreas Bohlin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bygdeå's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Bohlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sakarias Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sakarias Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Kalfhage, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Andreas Bohlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bygdeå getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sture Beckeman hit a great ball. Anton Nordstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sakarias Åkesson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Dolan FC's goalkeeper Sakarias Åkesson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Kinnman. Dolan FC's attentive Nils Jakobsson managed to snatch the ball when Alfons Bark made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. Sakarias Åkesson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bygdeå's Andreas Bohlin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-8 in the ordered_time% minute.
