Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Birger Tunander started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Isaac Kiempe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cocaine Cowboys's Peder Lägdin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ingvar Matsson scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peder Lägdin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 12 minutes, Tord Söderkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cocaine Cowboys and the Unicornen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tord Söderkvist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Unicornen's Torbjörn Pettersson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cocaine Cowboys. Peder Lägdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Kiempe, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ingvar Matsson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peder Lägdin saved Cocaine Cowboys from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Isaac Kiempe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Peder Lägdin. Cocaine Cowboys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaac Kiempe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Isaac Kiempe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cocaine Cowboys getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Egil Samuelsson hit a great ball. Cocaine Cowboys's Tord Söderkvist got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Tord Söderkvist off the ground. Tord Söderkvist hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Birger Tunander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, one of Unicornen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Birger Tunander fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cocaine Cowboys's protests and gave Birger Tunander a yellow card for diving instead. Birger Tunander kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Cocaine Cowboys's Peder Lägdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Matsson in the 40th minute of play. Ingvar Matsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Peder Lägdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Unicornen were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Matsson made a kick off. Isaac Kiempe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peder Lägdin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ingvar Matsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peder Lägdin having to interfere. Unicornen's Torbjörn Pettersson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Peder Lägdin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Isaac Kiempe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingvar Matsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th match minute, Cocaine Cowboys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Samuelsson to maneuver through the defense. Egil Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Peder Lägdin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Kiempe in the 85th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Daniel Barck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cocaine Cowboys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unicornen the free kick. After 93 played minutes Cocaine Cowboys got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Barck. Dick Björck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Österlund having to interfere.
