After some careless play in the Juniorer defense, Mårten Gregersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nils Ahlqvist. The Juniorer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils Ahlqvist should have stopped the shot. Mårten Gregersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Nils Ahlqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Karl-Axel Morat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carlscrown FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Karl-Axel Morat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After the first half Carlscrown FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leo Berggren to make the kick off. A collision led to Juniorer getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jens-Ola Söderqwist hit a great ball. Mårten Gregersson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nils Ahlqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Mårten Gregersson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Berggren in the 61st minute of play forced Carlscrown FC's goalkeeper Alvin Almkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmund Brak kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carlscrown FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Juniorer a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. After a rather tough play, Juniorer's Bertil Ekström got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mårten Gregersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
