The referee ignored Hallo's protests and gave Arvid Stenberg a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of The Moon & Antarctica booed when Hallo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Ove Blomberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kenny Jonasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klas Bern in the 34th minute of play forced The Moon & Antarctica's goalkeeper Kenny Jonasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hallo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ove Blomberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenny Jonasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
