Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henry Lindberg started the match with the kick off. Arvin Andreasson charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arvin Andreasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pålsboda booed when The Moon & Antarctica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, Henry Lindberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Pålsboda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronny Stigsson to maneuver through the defense. Kenny Jonasson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Lindberg went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peder Nordström during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Borre in the 40th minute of play forced Pålsboda's goalkeeper Henning Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Ove Tillman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Oskar Odin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Moon & Antarctica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oskar Odin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pålsboda's Henry Lindberg got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henning Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Oskar Kråk, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Gilbert Odeen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pålsboda's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Odeen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenny Jonasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henning Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Oskar Kråk in the 62nd minute of play. Per-Oskar Kråk scored 3-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Åkesson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Ove Tillman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pålsboda's Henning Åkesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Oskar Kråk in the 74th minute of play. When Henry Lindberg came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Pålsboda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Lindberg couldn't finish the play. Henning Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Kråk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pålsboda's Daniel Holmgren got a free kick in the 88th minute. If Henry Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Lindberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Jonasson having to interfere.
