Max Björkdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Åkesson having to interfere. Henning Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Larsfält in the 33rd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Ingvar Andreasson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ronny Stigsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Lindberg in the 44th minute of play forced High Ground BK's goalkeeper Ingvar Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Henry Lindberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ingvar Andreasson to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After 56 minutes of play, Pålsboda's Ronny Stigsson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Max Björkdahl managed to get in a good position for a shot. High Ground BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Björkdahl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Åkesson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, High Ground BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Tillman came free, but Ingvar Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Odeen, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
