Börje Blomkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. When Sakarias Kuse came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Kimstad FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakarias Kuse couldn't finish the play. Kimstad FF's David Drewitz got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Haby BoIS booed when Kimstad FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Jansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greger Svanström came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Per Brogren could save by the left post. A collision led to Haby BoIS getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Georg Erserman hit a great ball. Ingvar Sandberg came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Kimstad FF's Sören Jakobsson. But to his dismay, Sören Jakobsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Kimstad FF booed when Haby BoIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Haby BoIS's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Jakobsson came free, but Ingvar Sandberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Sandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Jakobsson in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Kimstad FF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sakarias Kuse made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Sakarias Kuse took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ingvar Sandberg to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Drewitz in the 59th minute of play forced Haby BoIS's goalkeeper Ingvar Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Drewitz charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Drewitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. David Drewitz kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Haby BoIS's Ingvar Sandberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Haby BoIS from getting a goal against them. In the 64th minute David Drewitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Per Brogren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greger Svanström in the 68th minute of play. Ingvar Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Kuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haby BoIS's Ingvar Sandberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Haby BoIS from getting a goal against them. Kimstad FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
