Knut Stenkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernt Kolberg in the 29th minute. If Nils Back had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Back struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Knut Stenkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK EMOU. 37 minutes into the match, Sparka Spring Skjut's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Back came free, but Knut Stenkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sparka Spring Skjut's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig Gunnarsson in the 84th minute. Knut Stenkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Back, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Nils Back fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Stenkvist having to interfere. Bernt Kolberg struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Knut Stenkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK EMOU. 96 minutes into the match, Michael Smed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Knut Stenkvist. Sparka Spring Skjut's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Smed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. IFK EMOU walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
