Thomas Classon scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Ekgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15 played minutes Skogås FF got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Apelquist. In the 17th match minute, Skogås FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Thomas Classon notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Skogås FF's Tony Ekgren. Tony Ekgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wictor Karlstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Apelquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Skogås FF got a corner. TAMANZEV ACADEMY U21's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stig-Ove Blom ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Skogås FF's Stig-Ove Blom to fire away a dangerous shot which Wictor Karlstedt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Wictor Karlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvin Dahlberg in the 27th minute of play. Orvar Dahlbom's late challenge caught a Skogås FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orvar Dahlbom helped the player get up and apologised. 32 minutes into the match, TAMANZEV ACADEMY U21's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Apelquist came free, but Wictor Karlstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in TAMANZEV ACADEMY U21's zone, Edvin Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andreas Apelquist to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Apelquist got free with Wictor Karlstedt in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the game, one of TAMANZEV ACADEMY U21:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Skogås FF made a substitution. Marcus Deckbergh replaced Mikael Ljungberg. The Skogås FF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented TAMANZEV ACADEMY U21 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
