Nösund's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Vilgot Alfors scored to the left of an out of position Torsten Påk, making the score, 1-0. If Fredric Häll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredric Häll got free with Torsten Påk in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Alby booed when Nösund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villiam Aronsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nösund's zone, Fredric Häll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Påk came out of the goal and Fredric Häll tried to chip the ball over his head. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Torbjörn Sjöström to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Folke Brask during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alby's Folke Brask got a free kick in the 95th minute. Alby's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Elof Wall 97 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alby had played much better football throughout.
