Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stig-Åke Jelm took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Gården FF's Rune Hökqvist got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rune Hökqvist got free with Ernst Allbom in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom got control of the ball when Rune Hökqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valter Dahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Jelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernst Allbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Lundqvist in the 10th minute of play. Allan Lundqvist had several of the Glimåkra's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 13 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Ernst Allbom as he didn't even see the shot coming. Valter Dahlberg came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Glimåkra's Stig-Åke Jelm. But to his dismay, Stig-Åke Jelm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Glimåkra getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Marcus Åkerström hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Brian Öberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom didn't even have to move. In the 22nd minute, Rune Hökqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig-Åke Jelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Valter Dahlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gården FF booed when Glimåkra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingemar Haglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ingemar Haglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gården FF's zone, Per-Oskar Ingemarsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valter Dahlberg came out of the goal and Per-Oskar Ingemarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Östen Bohlin got free with Ernst Allbom in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46thth minute of the game Allan Lundqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Lundqvist was the one to do the kick off. Valter Dahlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Ingemarsson in the 53rd minute of the match. Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Lundqvist in the 59th minute of play. When Petter Sjödin fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glimåkra's protests and gave Petter Sjödin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 64th minute, Petter Sjödin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Glimåkra booed when Gården FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Alebeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes of play, Gården FF's Albert Berggren made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernst Allbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 77 minutes, Allan Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gården FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Lundqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Max Alebeck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gården FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glimåkra the free kick. If Maximilian Finnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Glimåkra's zone, Albert Berggren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernst Allbom came out of the goal and Albert Berggren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Östen Bohlin in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Glimåkra's Stig-Åke Jelm ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valter Dahlberg. Valter Dahlberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Glimåkra's Ernst Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Östen Bohlin in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Gården FF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
