After some careless play in the Bjärnum defense, Ingmar Målare kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stig-Arne Lövskog. The Bjärnum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig-Arne Lövskog should have stopped the shot. If Torbjörn Sillén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Andreasson in the 11th minute of play forced Bjärnum's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Lövskog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Bjärnum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stig-Arne Lövskog should have stopped the shot. 30 minutes into the game, one of Bjärnum:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Malmö Torpedos a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ingmar Målare, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bjärnum's Stig-Arne Lövskog. 0-4. In the 38th minute Anders Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Arne Lövskog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Arne Lövskog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Ingmar Målare put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Stig-Arne Lövskog. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Åke Galle in the 47th minute of play forced Bjärnum's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Lövskog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ove Persson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Malmö Torpedos's Karl-Åke Galle made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stig-Arne Lövskog was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig-Arne Lövskog stood somewhat misplaced when Karl-Åke Galle came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 55 minute. The supporters of Bjärnum booed when Malmö Torpedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Sillén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Erik Lindsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Lindblom having to interfere. Ove Persson kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ove Persson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvin Lindblom was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the game, Karl-Erik Lindsten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjärnum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malmö Torpedos the free kick. Karl-Erik Lindsten hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Bjärnum's Sten Örtlund got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Bjärnum's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Målare came free, but Stig-Arne Lövskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Arne Lövskog didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anders Andreasson went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Stig-Arne Lövskog was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Torbjörn Sillén showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 82 minute of play. Stig-Arne Lövskog came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Malmö Torpedos's Karl-Åke Galle. But to his dismay, Karl-Åke Galle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. After a rather tough play, Bjärnum's Ronny Ekelund got a free kick in the 90th minute. The supporters of Bjärnum booed when Malmö Torpedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Sillén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Malmö Torpedos's zone, Karl-Erik Lindsten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Lindblom came out of the goal and Karl-Erik Lindsten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Malmö Torpedos's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
