Orvar Abelsson took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertil Spets. Bertil Spets dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Bergsfo Bollklubb booed when Dunderbacken BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Vallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Orvar Abelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bergsfo Bollklubb's supporters rose to their feet, but Orvar Abelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertil Spets breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig Sandström's late challenge caught a Dunderbacken BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig Sandström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Orvar Abelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute Markus Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Biörling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bergsfo Bollklubb's Stig Sandström got a free kick in the 24th minute. After 29 played minutes Dunderbacken BK got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Sikström. After 37 minutes, Roger Apelquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bergsfo Bollklubb and the Dunderbacken BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Roger Apelquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Markus Johansson was the one to do the kick off. Bergsfo Bollklubb's Orvar Abelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clem Dalleau charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clem Dalleau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 82 minutes into the match, Dunderbacken BK's goal looked a bit too open when Orvar Abelsson came free, but Bertil Spets reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Henry Söderquist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Dunderbacken BK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bergsfo Bollklubb's performance. The match ended with a win for Bergsfo Bollklubb.
