Östen Bohlin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Niklas Eklund when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Allan Lundqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Eklund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allan Lundqvist ran back to his position shaking his head. Niklas Eklund had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Brian Öberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Oskar Askberg made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Jakob Svanström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gatustridssektionen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Svanström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Östen Bohlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Niklas Eklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
