After 38 minutes of play, Wolverine Attack Squad's Kalle Willig made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jack Gernberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 42 played minutes Elva Edsvurna Män BK got a freekick which was hit by Hans Petersson. The audience held their breath when Kalle Willig in the 44th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jack Gernberg's left hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gustav Bergman made the kick off in the second half. The Elva Edsvurna Män BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jack Gernberg should have stopped the shot. Kalle Willig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Gernberg having to interfere. John Fogel charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Fogel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Willig in the 78th minute of play forced Elva Edsvurna Män BK's goalkeeper Jack Gernberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elva Edsvurna Män BK's goalkeeper Jack Gernberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute Kalle Willig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Gernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Wolverine Attack Squad fully deserved thier win.
