Magnus Abrahamsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jack Gernberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 13thth minute of the game Magnus Abrahamsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elva Edsvurna Män BK's Jack Gernberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Basualdo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jack Gernberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bengt Ahlroth kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Mariano Basualdo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jack Gernberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Mariano Basualdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustav Bergman was the one to do the kick off. Blunts United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
