After a defensive mix-up in Very Rude Penguins's zone, Bengt Jespersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 傅常云 came out of the goal and Bengt Jespersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Eslöv's Bengt Jespersson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 33 played minutes Eslöv got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Gadd. If Sten Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Very Rude Penguins made a substitution. Börge Klint replaced Florentino Marino. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 孔奕斌 made a kick off. After 63 played minutes Very Rude Penguins got a freekick which was hit by Rikard Nordlund. 傅常云 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Samuelsson in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Bengt Jespersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 傅常云 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Börge Klint had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yngve Lund. Eslöv's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börge Klint was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 88th minute, Edvard Samuelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 minutes, Bengt Jespersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eslöv and the Very Rude Penguins players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Eslöv getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bengt Jespersson hit a great ball. Eslöv's Yngve Lund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Stolpe in the 93rd minute of play. With his leg Yngve Lund managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Very Rude Penguins's Sten Stolpe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Sten Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eslöv were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Very Rude Penguins to leave the ground with a draw.
