Josef Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Tommy Gernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Sebastian Askstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Josef Wallander made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Erland Falkrans sent off a good shot on target. In the 50th minute there was a penalty for Kirby Boys F.C.. Folke Holmgren stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Magnus Sundström. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Georg Ros was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kirby Boys F.C.'s goalkeeper Josef Wallander, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Josef Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Falkrans in the 58th minute of the match. Josef Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erland Falkrans, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Josef Wallander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kirby Boys F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Torsten Eliasson hit a great ball. Josef Wallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Falkrans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Ros in the 83rd minute of play forced Hörby's goalkeeper Magnus Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Hörby got a freekick which was hit by August Lindmark. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Erland Falkrans put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Josef Wallander. August Lindmark hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. The Kirby Boys F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 99th match minute when Kirby Boys F.C.'s Jack Kock looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hörby were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kirby Boys F.C. for a fine match.
