Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Svängsta's Holger Forss started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tony Helander made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Holger Forss sent off a good shot on target. Vilgot Berggren's late challenge caught a Kings of the North's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilgot Berggren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Svängsta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilgot Berggren to maneuver through the defense. At last the ball reached Isaac Sjöö at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Svängsta. 0-1. In the 12th minute, Svängsta's Uno Söderberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tony Helander. Tony Helander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Holger Forss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Tony Helander made a huge save. David Tingelholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Svängsta's Gunnar Berg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Ödmann in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Svängsta's Uno Söderberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tony Helander. Tony Helander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. 24 minutes into the match, Kings of the North's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Forss came free, but Tony Helander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Helander made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Kurt Wik sent off a good shot on target. Tony Helander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Wall, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Hannes Lundin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kings of the North getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. David Tingelholm hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Svängsta's Tony Helander threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Uno Söderberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Tingelholm was the one to do the kick off. Tony Helander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Forss in the 54th minute of play. Charles Ödmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Gunnar Berg made a huge save. After some careless play in the Kings of the North defense, Holger Forss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tony Helander. The Kings of the North fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tony Helander should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Svängsta's Holger Forss got a free kick in the 65th minute. Holger Forss's late challenge caught a Kings of the North's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Forss helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Svängsta getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Holger Forss hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Svängsta's goal looked a bit too open when David Tingelholm came free, but Gunnar Berg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 71 played minutes Kings of the North got a freekick which was hit by David Tingelholm. 74 minutes into the game, Kurt Wik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Tony Helander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Tingelholm in the 80th minute of play forced Svängsta's goalkeeper Gunnar Berg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Helander came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Svängsta's Uno Söderberg. But to his dismay, Uno Söderberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. If Charles Ödmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony Helander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Wik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 minutes of play, Svängsta's Uno Söderberg made it 7-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Helander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kings of the North's Tony Helander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Wik in the 96th minute of play. Svängsta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
