Joar Bank sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Kings of the North's Mårten Nyström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eli Fournier. Eli Fournier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kings of the North's Tony Helander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krister Karlstedt in the 21st minute of play. Tony Helander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elof Kilstedt went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Kings of the North's Hans Igelström got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Kings of the North defense, Elof Kilstedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tony Helander. The Kings of the North fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tony Helander should have stopped the shot. Joar Bank could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Eli Fournier made a huge save. Tony Helander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Lindholm in the 34th minute of play. Lennart Kilstedt struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Tony Helander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östergmalms FK. When Krister Karlstedt fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östergmalms FK's protests and gave Krister Karlstedt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute, Krister Karlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Karlstedt in the 47th minute of play forced Kings of the North's goalkeeper Tony Helander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tony Helander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Krister Karlstedt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 59 minute of play. Östergmalms FK's Sebastian Lundin shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tony Helander but with some difficulty. Tony Helander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elof Kilstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Tony Helander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elof Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Kings of the North's Joar Bank sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eli Fournier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th match minute, Östergmalms FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, David Tingelholm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kings of the North's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Östergmalms FK the free kick. In the 79th minute, David Tingelholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Kings of the North's goal looked a bit too open when Elof Kilstedt came free, but Tony Helander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Elof Kilstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martin Andreasson came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tony Helander could save by the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Kings of the North's goal looked a bit too open when Elof Kilstedt came free, but Tony Helander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Andreasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Tony Helander made a huge save. Osvald Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Östergmalms FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
