An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Söderman in the 6th minute of play forced Ödeborg IF's goalkeeper Arvid Alkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arvid Alkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Söderman, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Tommy Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Byström in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Undenäs BK's Torgny Jonasson got a free kick in the 11th minute. Örjan Grelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Arvid Alkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Dan Söderman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arvid Alkvist, 1-0. Arvid Alkvist was a little too slow when Anton Hedbom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. Dan Söderman kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Gustav Ålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Undenäs BK's Dan Söderman in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ödeborg IF's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gösta Kråk got free with Arvid Alkvist in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Undenäs BK's Gösta Kråk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arvid Alkvist. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. Arvid Alkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Grelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marc Byström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Söderman in the 52nd minute of play forced Ödeborg IF's goalkeeper Arvid Alkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Håkan Sander's late challenge caught a Undenäs BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkan Sander helped the player get up and apologised. Dan Söderman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arvid Alkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Grelsson in the 96th minute of the match. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
