The Ersmarks IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Ersmarks IK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fredrik Sjögren to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ersmarks IK booed when Lavsjön RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Gustafsson charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Gustafsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimmy Lindqvist in the 61st minute of play forced Ersmarks IK's goalkeeper Olof Nordström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lavsjön RK booed when Ersmarks IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Eliasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Joakim Liljeström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ersmarks IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joakim Liljeström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inge Malm charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inge Malm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lavsjön RK getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Inge Malm hit a great ball. If Fredrik Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edward Eliasson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Olof Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Eliasson in the 85th minute of play. Olof Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Olof Nordström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Lavsjön RK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
