Spectators: 7555 (Terracing: 5668, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Karl-Magnus Ahlroht took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carl Lindblom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. David Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Markus Ahlström fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ersmarks IK's protests and gave Markus Ahlström a yellow card for diving instead. Evert Skarkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andy Carlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Carlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andy Carlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Ersmarks IK's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Smedfeldt came free, but Olof Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torbjörn Blanck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olof Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Alin in the 25th minute of play. Folke Nordström's late challenge caught a Lofy Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Folke Nordström helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lofy Army booed when Ersmarks IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lofy Army fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! 38 minutes into the match, Urban Alin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olof Nordström. Ersmarks IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Urban Alin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Olof Nordström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Ahlroht in the 41st minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Holmberg to make the kick off. Arne Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lofy Army's Urban Alin got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Arne Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute Arne Holmberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Axelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arne Holmberg in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Axelsson saved Lofy Army from getting behind. Ersmarks IK's Olof Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Ahlroht in the 73rd minute of play. Olof Nordström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torbjörn Blanck in the 79th minute. Olof Nordström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Alin, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Urban Alin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ersmarks IK's Olof Nordström. Olof Nordström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
