In the 11th match minute, Kyrkbyns IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bror Salkvist to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes, Köpingsvik IK's Freddie Häger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mark Eliasson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Köpingsvik IK reached it. After 42 minutes of play, Kyrkbyns IF's Bernt Örtendahl made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Knutsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alfred Stenkvist got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Adam Bäckman. When John Jelm came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kyrkbyns IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Jelm couldn't finish the play. Freddie Häger kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Köpingsvik IK's goalkeeper Casper Knutsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Örtendahl. 64 minutes into the game, Tomas Biörling recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Casper Knutsson. Tomas Biörling showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Bror Salkvist hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mark Eliasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Örtendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Knutsson having to interfere. Casper Knutsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Jelm in the 78th minute of play. Bernt Örtendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torbjörn Hägg took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mark Eliasson. Mark Eliasson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 88th minute, John Jelm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th match minute, Köpingsvik IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Hägg to maneuver through the defense.
