Emil Mietus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stenhamra. In the 16th minute, Stenhamra's Kjell Brenner ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Emil Mietus. Emil Mietus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Olof Bäcklin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Emil Mietus made a huge save. Emil Mietus came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Stenhamra's Kjell Brenner. But to his dismay, Kjell Brenner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Kjell Brenner came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Stenhamra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell Brenner couldn't finish the play. Emil Mietus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After a rather tough play, Stenhamra's Fredrik Wallin got a free kick in the 51st minute.
