Al-Långvinkeln's Anthon Skark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Al-Långvinkeln from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Karlshamns AAK booed when Al-Långvinkeln was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Nyqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Al-Långvinkeln's zone, Conny Larsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthon Skark came out of the goal and Conny Larsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 29 minutes, John Bruse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Långvinkeln and the Karlshamns AAK players grew even worse after the yellow card. John Bruse kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rickard Aspengren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlshamns AAK's Milian Villaseñor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Ture Jönsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlshamns AAK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ture Jönsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anthon Skark made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Conny Larsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Joachim Nyman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anthon Skark. The goal made the score 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Greger Hammarberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthon Skark having to interfere. Conny Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Anthon Skark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Al-Långvinkeln's Kennet Björkdal got a free kick in the 61st minute. Greger Hammarberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Greger Hammarberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rickard Aspengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Conny Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Ekelund struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Milian Villaseñor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al-Långvinkeln. In the 79th minute, Al-Långvinkeln's Johannes Ekelund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Ekelund in the 88th minute of play forced Karlshamns AAK's goalkeeper Milian Villaseñor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Karlshamns AAK's Milian Villaseñor got control of the ball when Rickard Aspengren tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Greger Hammarberg in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anthon Skark saved Al-Långvinkeln from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Al-Långvinkeln's John Bruse got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Karlshamns AAK's Leo Ekström was substituted for Greger Hammarberg. A collision led to Al-Långvinkeln getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. John Bruse hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Al-Långvinkeln's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Ekström came free, but Anthon Skark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
