FC Selim's Gustaf Giöck got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Osvald Pihlwall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Linus Kleen made a huge save. Linus Kleen made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Osvald Pihlwall sent off a good shot on target. Bengt-Arne Mossberg's late challenge caught a FC Selim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Arne Mossberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Osvald Pihlwall reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Linus Kleen. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 47th match minute, FC Selim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sune Larsfelt to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Osvald Pihlwall to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Osvald Pihlwall notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Selim's Linus Kleen. Linus Kleen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Magnus Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Delin kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Bengt-Arne Mossberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Kleen having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Osvald Pihlwall made a precise shot to the right of Linus Kleen. FC Selim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, FC Selim's Sten Wiberg got a free kick in the 80th minute. Linus Kleen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvald Pihlwall's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 86thth minute of the game Osvald Pihlwall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Selim's Linus Kleen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Fagersanna FF's Osvald Pihlwall in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Selim's goalie prevented a goal. Bengt-Arne Mossberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Fagersanna FF were the better team. Fagersanna FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
