Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olof Zander started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Fenerbahce SK's goalkeeper Petter Springfält had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Jonsson. In the 9th minute, Sven-Åke Olsman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petter Springfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Benislav Pemov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Fenerbahce SK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Graham Kost hit a great ball. Peter Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd match minute, IFK Snorkel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Bergqvist to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Fenerbahce SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Ånger came free, but Petter Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benislav Pemov in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Zander in the 33rd minute of play forced IFK Snorkel's goalkeeper Emil Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edmund Finman fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Snorkel's protests and gave Edmund Finman a yellow card for diving instead. Edmund Finman hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Tony Ånger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petter Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Benislav Pemov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fenerbahce SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Benislav Pemov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Sjöberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Ånger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Tony Ånger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Benislav Pemov came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Fenerbahce SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benislav Pemov couldn't finish the play. Emil Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Zander in the 54th minute of the match. Emil Sjöberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benislav Pemov in the 55th minute. Emil Sjöberg made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Benislav Pemov sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute, Birger Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olof Zander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Emil Sjöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sven-Åke Olsman kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Olof Zander came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Fenerbahce SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olof Zander couldn't finish the play. Sven-Åke Olsman hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Fenerbahce SK's goal looked a bit too open when Urban Sjöberg came free, but Petter Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, IFK Snorkel's goalkeeper Emil Sjöberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benislav Pemov. In the 87th minute, Olof Zander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Zander in the 90th minute of play forced IFK Snorkel's goalkeeper Emil Sjöberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fenerbahce SK's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because IFK Snorkel had won, even though Fenerbahce SK had held more of the ball.
