After some careless play in the FC Loiske United defense, Ermegildo Lauro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sören Biörkquist. The FC Loiske United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sören Biörkquist should have stopped the shot. FC Loiske United's Sören Biörkquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Lauro in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Surte BF's goalkeeper Patrício Portugal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Ove Björling. After a rather tough play, FC Loiske United's Tor Månsson got a free kick in the 34th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermegildo Lauro made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Surte BF's Orvar Dahlquist got a free kick in the 51st minute. Jörn Hellkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrício Portugal having to interfere. Surte BF's Patrício Portugal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tor Månsson in the 54th minute of play. If Sandrinho de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
