Sören Biörkquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, FC Loiske United's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Björklund came free, but Sören Biörkquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Wallander hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Dalaplan FC's Måns Forsman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Måns Forsman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dalaplan FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Måns Forsman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 18th minute, one of Dalaplan FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dalaplan FC. The goalkeeper, Urbano Ponce, was totally fooled by FC Loiske United's Jonathan Karlsson, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Urbano Ponce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Ove Björling in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Mikael Björklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sören Biörkquist. FC Loiske United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikael Björklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Jonas Wallander was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 35th match minute, FC Loiske United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Wallander to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dalaplan FC's Oskar Ahlroht got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 42nd minute, Frank Engman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes Dalaplan FC got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Ahlroht.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mikael Björklund to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Loiske United's Per-Oskar Högman got a free kick in the 51st minute. Sören Biörkquist was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Mikael Björklund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mikael Björklund really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Sören Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Engman in the 58th minute of play. Karl-Ove Björling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Urbano Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikael Björklund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sören Biörkquist came out and tried to block the shot, but Mikael Björklund slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 63rd minute. Jörn Hellkvist struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Urbano Ponce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Loiske United. Joakim Söder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Biörkquist having to interfere. Ola Kvarnström took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Urbano Ponce. Urbano Ponce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Sören Biörkquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mikael Björklund's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Loiske United's zone, Oskar Ahlroht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sören Biörkquist came out of the goal and Oskar Ahlroht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mikael Björklund struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Sören Biörkquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalaplan FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Mikael Björklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dalaplan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikael Björklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sören Biörkquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Frank Engman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 92 minutes into the match, Dalaplan FC's Oskar Ahlroht sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sören Biörkquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sören Biörkquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Engman in the 95th minute. Dalaplan FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
