Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ove Målare got the match started through his kick off. Isaac Emander charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Emander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Isaac Emander kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Skå IK's Yngve Ekelund threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ove Målare, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Allan Näfver shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 17 minutes into the match, Dan Svensson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Skå IK's Charles Vennerlund. Charles Vennerlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ove Målare struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Yngve Ekelund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skå IK. Njurunda IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Ove Målare scored to the left of an out of position Yngve Ekelund, making the score, 1-1. Njurunda IK's Yngve Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Målare in the 32nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birger Fors during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Skå IK booed when Njurunda IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Fors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rickard Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yngve Ekelund having to interfere. When Henry Lind fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Njurunda IK's protests and gave Henry Lind a yellow card for diving instead. Yngve Ekelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ove Målare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Dan Svensson made the kick off in the second half. Rickard Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yngve Ekelund having to interfere. In the 54th minute, one of Njurunda IK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Njurunda IK. Yngve Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Målare, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Ove Målare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skå IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Löv during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, Tomas Löv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Målare in the 68th minute of play forced Njurunda IK's goalkeeper Yngve Ekelund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ove Målare might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yngve Ekelund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ove Målare ran back to his position shaking his head. Birger Fors was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 92nd minute, Birger Fors hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Skå IK's Allan Näfver broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the referee ended the match the Skå IK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
