After a rather tough play, Landsbro RK's Per Fågel got a free kick in the 12th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Jonny Strand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Landsbro RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonny Strand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Claes Hjortsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Erserman in the 18th minute of play. Sven-Ove Eliasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Gallberg's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. If Jonny Strand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Ahlroth blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claes Hjortsberg having to make a save. Nykvarn's Claes Hjortsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Erserman in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Hjortsberg. Nykvarn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Claes Hjortsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Strand went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Nykvarn were furious when Sven-Ove Björkqvist was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Nykvarn getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Sven-Ove Björkqvist hit a great ball. Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Landsbro RK booed when Nykvarn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Hellgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Erserman scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claes Hjortsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Landsbro RK were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anton Gallberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Wilhelm Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute Jonny Strand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Hjortsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nykvarn's Claes Hjortsberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Nykvarn from getting a goal against them. Anton Gallberg's late challenge caught a Landsbro RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Gallberg helped the player get up and apologised. Anton Gallberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Nykvarn booed when Landsbro RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eskil Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Landsbro RK made a substitution. Oscar Löfkvist replaced Abdi Saygın Akbilge. Eskil Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Claes Hjortsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Löfkvist in the 81st minute of play. Jonny Strand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claes Hjortsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Henry Erserman came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claes Hjortsberg could save by the left post. 94 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Löfkvist came free, but Claes Hjortsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonny Strand took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claes Hjortsberg. Claes Hjortsberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. When the final whistle sounded Landsbro RK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nykvarn.
