A collision led to Duved BF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Anton Lennartsson hit a great ball. In the 9th minute Sven-Erik Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Ståhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wictor Ståhlberg was a little too slow when Jens-Ove Botvidsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Lyrestad's Harry Ek got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Harry Ek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Wictor Ståhlberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fredric Runeberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Hermansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Ove Botvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Jens-Ove Botvidsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Duved BF's Victor Hermansson got a free kick in the 38th minute. Walter Josefsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Wictor Ståhlberg made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Anton Lennartsson made the kick off in the second half. When Anton Lennartsson came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Duved BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Lennartsson couldn't finish the play. Anton Lennartsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fredric Runeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Lyrestad's Fredric Runeberg got control of the ball when Victor Hermansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Jens-Ove Botvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Ståhlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ove Botvidsson in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wictor Ståhlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Duved BF booed when Lyrestad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Josefsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Hermansson got free with Fredric Runeberg in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wictor Ståhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Ek in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Edgar Mellbad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lyrestad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Duved BF the free kick. Edgar Mellbad hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Duved BF's Wictor Ståhlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Ek in the 81st minute of play. Jens-Ove Botvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 85 minutes, Harry Ek made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Duved BF's Wictor Ståhlberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st match minute, Lyrestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Ek to maneuver through the defense. Victor Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Fredric Runeberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredric Runeberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Lennartsson in the 95th minute of play. Victor Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lyrestad fully deserved thier win.
