The supporters of Kenya Kickers booed when Kinna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Wennerström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kinna IF's Sixten Sander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Kinna IF from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Tommy Ekelund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

51 minutes into the game, Thomas Odén was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kinna IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kenya Kickers the free kick. After 52 played minutes Kinna IF got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Odén. Magnus Klintæus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Sander having to interfere. Kenya Kickers's Henry Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Ekelund in the 57th minute of play. With a little luck, Kenya Kickers's Henry Tunberg got control of the ball when Tommy Ekelund tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 minutes, Gottfrid Kruuse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kenya Kickers and the Kinna IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Kinna IF got a penalty, and Thomas Odén placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Henry Tunberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommy Ekelund's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute Tommy Ekelund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixten Sander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Erserman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Stig Erserman made a precise shot to the right of Sixten Sander. Kinna IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Henry Tunberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Ekelund in the 98th minute of the match. Kinna IF were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Kenya Kickers to leave the ground with a draw.
