Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Max Hultman made the kick off in the second half. Carl Anundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens Winström having to interfere. The supporters of Nykvarn booed when Bajen Bärs Brudar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Abrahamsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rickard Abrahamsson charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rickard Abrahamsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bajen Bärs Brudar getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Nykvarn's Claes Hjortsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Hultman in the 79th minute of play. When Leonard Holmberg came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Bajen Bärs Brudar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Holmberg couldn't finish the play. The Nykvarn players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
