The referee gave Landsbro RK a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonny Strand, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kinna IF's Sixten Sander. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Kinna IF's zone, Oscar Löfkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixten Sander came out of the goal and Oscar Löfkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 18 in the game by Tommy Ekelund from a close distance when the talented Başaran Okay managed to make a qualified save. Landsbro RK's players were relieved. Sixten Sander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Strand in the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Eskil Dahlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Landsbro RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eskil Dahlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sixten Sander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Strand in the 27th minute of play. Per-Olof Wennerström kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Oscar Löfkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixten Sander having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Kinna IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Knutsson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Erserman in the 36th minute of play forced Kinna IF's goalkeeper Sixten Sander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sixten Sander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Strand, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Sixten Sander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Strand in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Landsbro RK booed when Kinna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Wennerström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hildibrandur Hallbjörnsson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 44 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After the first half Landsbro RK were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Henry Erserman put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Sixten Sander. In the 56th minute, Landsbro RK's Jonny Strand ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sixten Sander. Sixten Sander yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 61st minute, Abdi Saygın Akbilge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixten Sander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonny Strand in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute, Oscar Löfkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sixten Sander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Strand, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Landsbro RK's Bertil Björkkvist was substituted for Abdi Saygın Akbilge. In the 78th minute, Eskil Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
