Olof Colin struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Sten Månsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lovikka. If Andreas Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute, BoomFunkMCs's Kjell Söderström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rune Högman. Rune Högman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. BoomFunkMCs's Greger Nässén got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to BoomFunkMCs getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Staffan Lundström hit a great ball. Rune Högman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kjell Söderström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 41 minute of play. If Kjell Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Andreas Lundqvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Olof Colin made a precise shot to the right of Sten Månsson. BoomFunkMCs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 61 minutes into the match, BoomFunkMCs's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Lundqvist came free, but Sten Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Kjell Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Kjell Söderström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Högman was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Staffan Lundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Rune Högman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olof Colin came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sten Månsson could save by the left post. Olof Colin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Sten Månsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rune Högman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Söderström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lovikka's Rune Högman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Söderström in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Kjell Söderström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Högman was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Greger Nässén kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Kjell Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Söderström in the 96th minute of play forced Lovikka's goalkeeper Rune Högman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BoomFunkMCs fully deserved thier win.
