Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Lundqvist started the match with the kick off. After 9 played minutes Nelson Solidaritet AIF got a freekick which was hit by Isak Björkkvist. Olof Colin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Lovikka's Andreas Lundqvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's Holger Dusett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Nelson Solidaritet AIF from getting a goal against them. Rune Högman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Friberger in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of Lovikka booed when Nelson Solidaritet AIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Hedling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Colin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 33rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Holger Dusett would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Nelson Solidaritet AIF's zone, Andreas Lundqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Holger Dusett came out of the goal and Andreas Lundqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Holger Dusett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 45th match minute, Nelson Solidaritet AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Bengtsson to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sten Gallin was the one to do the kick off. Rune Högman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Gallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The supporters of Nelson Solidaritet AIF booed when Lovikka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Bivall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Sten Gallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holger Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Tingberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petter Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nelson Solidaritet AIF's Patrik Hedling got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute, Andreas Lundqvist made a precise shot to the right of Holger Dusett. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Holger Dusett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Lundqvist's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Nelson Solidaritet AIF defense, Olof Colin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Holger Dusett. The Nelson Solidaritet AIF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Holger Dusett should have stopped the shot. Holger Dusett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Colin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lovikka's Olof Colin in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 85th minute, Olof Colin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, Lovikka's Andreas Lundqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Holger Dusett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Rickard Friberger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rickard Friberger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Högman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
