After having played for 21 minutes, Hjalmar Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flyinge BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hjalmar Blom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, IF Eksjö Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Lövskog to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calle Josefsson made a kick off. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Sture Wickander as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Josefsson in the 66th minute of play forced Flyinge BK's goalkeeper Rune Grep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
