In the 9th match minute, Väsby IK Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Olenberg to maneuver through the defense. Stig-Ove Knaack showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reine Brenner in the 13th minute of the match. Väsby IK Fotboll's Oscar Donnarumma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Väsby IK Fotboll from getting a goal against them. After having played for 19 minutes, Edwin Finnman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Väsby IK Fotboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edwin Finnman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Donnarumma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Bergkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edwin Finnman in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Ove Knaack saved FC.Rich from getting behind. Joakim Bergkvist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 37th minute, FC.Rich's Joakim Bergkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Oscar Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Vacker in the 44th minute of the match. With a little luck, Väsby IK Fotboll's Oscar Donnarumma got control of the ball when Joakim Bergkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joakim Bergkvist made the kick off in the second half. Karl-Erik Lindqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Oscar Donnarumma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Donnarumma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Bergkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Roger Sikström hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Bergkvist in the 58th minute of play forced Väsby IK Fotboll's goalkeeper Oscar Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Algot Vacker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. FC.Rich's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Väsby IK Fotboll the free kick. The supporters of Väsby IK Fotboll booed when FC.Rich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Drewitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Ove Knaack acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edgar Allan. When Melker Drewitz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. The long shot by Edgar Allan in the 78th minute really tested Stig-Ove Knaack's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 79th minute, Joakim Bergkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th match minute, FC.Rich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Hjortberg to maneuver through the defense. After 91 played minutes FC.Rich got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Viklund. Joakim Bergkvist struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Oscar Donnarumma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC.Rich.
