Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Leif Waller started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Fabian Örtlund fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Billesholm's protests and gave Fabian Örtlund a yellow card for diving instead. Hjälshammar if's Ralf Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Waller in the 10th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Hjälshammar if got a freekick which was hit by Federico Di Rado. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leif Waller during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonas Wahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Nyberg having to interfere. If Roland Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas Wahlström might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Nyberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Wahlström ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Hjälshammar if's Jonas Wahlström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Nyberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roy Näfver kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Waller in the 47th minute of play forced Hjälshammar if's goalkeeper Ralf Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Wahlström to strike the kick off in the second half. Ralf Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Nyman in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Mark Ahlberg hit a great ball. Sebastian Bengtsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Nyberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Hjälshammar if booed when Billesholm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Waller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliott Ahlroth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Hjälshammar if's Federico Di Rado got a free kick in the 66th minute. Billesholm's Victor Nyberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Wahlström in the 68th minute of play. Victor Nyberg came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Hjälshammar if's Roland Norberg. But to his dismay, Roland Norberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 73 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Hellström. If Roland Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 75 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Nyman. 81 minutes into the game, Bengt Hellström threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hjälshammar if's Torgny Nordgren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Victor Nyberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Alrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Roy Näfver kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrik Nyman during the 85th minute. If Elliott Ahlroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Wahlström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
