Alex Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Wickander having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joakim Bergkvist in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sture Wickander saved IF Eksjö Fotboll from getting behind. If Joakim Bergkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC.Rich fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when FC.Rich's Joakim Bergkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Joakim Bergkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sture Wickander was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Algot Vacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Wickander having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joakim Bergkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC.Rich's supporters rose to their feet, but Algot Vacker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sture Wickander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94thth minute of the game Joakim Bergkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 96 played minutes IF Eksjö Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Emander. When the referee ended the match the FC.Rich players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
