Jonas Wahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sten Kristiansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Norberg in the 25th minute of the match. Ralf Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Runeberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Eksjö IFK's Mårten Malmberg got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute, Roland Norberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sten Kristiansson, passed just outside the right post. Eksjö IFK's Sten Kristiansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Norberg in the 36th minute of play.
