When Victorio De la Torre came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Väsby IK Fotboll fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio De la Torre couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in IF Eksjö Fotboll's zone, Reine Brenner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sture Wickander came out of the goal and Reine Brenner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reine Brenner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sture Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sture Wickander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reine Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Finnman struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Sture Wickander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Väsby IK Fotboll. An unexpected shot in the 25th minute by Reine Brenner got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 27 minutes into the game, Edwin Finnman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Sture Wickander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th play minute Edwin Finnman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sture Wickander. 3-0. In the 37th minute, 陈川林 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute of the match Leif Lövskog sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oscar Donnarumma skillfully saved the ball. Edwin Finnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sture Wickander having to interfere. Reine Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Väsby IK Fotboll's Bengt-Åke Olenberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sture Wickander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute, Edwin Finnman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sture Wickander was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 59th minute, Reine Brenner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sture Wickander was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The supporters of Väsby IK Fotboll booed when IF Eksjö Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Hernström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edwin Finnman took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sture Wickander. Sture Wickander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Finnman in the 82nd minute of play forced IF Eksjö Fotboll's goalkeeper Sture Wickander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio De la Torre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edwin Finnman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sture Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. IF Eksjö Fotboll's Sture Wickander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Finnman in the 89th minute of play. Reine Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Väsby IK Fotboll's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
